- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Duration: October 2025 – March 2026 (option to extend)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – flexible 3-5 days per week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
- Volume: 18-20 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA, recent Epic EMR experience
- Credentialing: 45 Days
