Permanent NP – Surgery Cardiothoracic
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons in cardiothoracic procedures and manage pre-op and post-op patient care
Conduct patient assessments, monitor recovery, and coordinate care plans
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:
Current NP license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
Experience in cardiothoracic or surgical care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
