Description
Illinois- West of Chicago, seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment. Start 2/2026 Qualifications:
• BC/BE Anesthesiology
• IL License required or ILMC to obtain license
• TEE Certification
Job Summary:
• Shift times: 7am- 5:30 pm / 7a-7p Flexible shift times - CALL ONLY OPTION IS AVAILABLE For weekend call
• Call Required 1:5
• Block coverage – Minimum 1 week per month
• Coverage Model: Supervision and some doing own cases (On site 4 MD’S and 10 CRNAs during the day)
• 4 ORs one location /5 at additional location
• General Cases include PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
• Must be TEE CERTIFIED FOR Cardiac
• EMR- EPIC
