Seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team as the first hospital-employed CRNAs at area Hospital!
- Schedule: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
- Call Rotation: some call- 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!
- Weekend call rotation: 8 weekends per year.
- Surgical Cases: are primarily Bread and Butter including- OB, Bariatric, Vascular,
- Urology, No hearts, No Trauma cases, No Neuro.
- EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary- $255,000, plus shift differentials
- 1.0 FTE = 1880 hours
- 40hr a week
- Shift Based: 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts
- 5 weeks paid vacation
- CME $2500
- Lead CRNA + $25k stipend
- FT Bonus: $100,000
- Starting bonus – $25k
- 6 months- $50k
- Year 2 – $25K
- Year 3: Start of Quality Incentive Metrics- $10k
