Hours: 8am – 6pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 12pm Friday

Patient Volume/day/per provider-----20 plus

Federally Qualified Health Center

Primary medical and dental care services provided

New Building

--Locum Tenens Pay Rate: $105/Hour

Travel and Malpractice are Covered.
