New Job Details – Neuro-HospitalistLocation: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: 7on/7off
Shift: 7A-7p
Call: Yes, overnight call from 7p-7a
Scope of practice: Neuro-Hospitalist. Consult service includes Inpatient Consults, read EEGs, Comprehensive Stroke Center - will take call, ED & Level II Trauma Center (Neuro-ICU has separate coverage). Natus Xltek EEG system; new bedside rapid EEG
Volume: approx 15-20 pts/day per Neurologist
EMR: Epic
Support: 2 MDs per shift, no APPs, IR and Diag Rads available for support, strong nursing staff
Affiliated Hospitals: Level II Trauma Center
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certification required with an active OK license or IMLC compact LOQ in hand, STRONG preference for clean NPDB
