Description
24 Hour Call (On Call Rate) - Includes 4 Hours Gratis
(7a-7a)
Board Certified OBGYN - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of Residency completion)
Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active BLS - Required for credentialing
Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
Candidate must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description and detail all shifts they can cover through Nov 2025 to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
Candidates must detail the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site - Required
Clean MP/BackgroundSchedule/Availability Requirements:
Sept 30 (7a) - Oct 1 (7a)
Oct 2 (7a) - 4 (7a)
Oct 9 (7a) - 10 (7a)
Oct 20 (7a) - 21 (7a)

Nov 24 (7a) - Dec 1 (7a)
Dec 15 (7a) - 16 (7a)
Ongoing dates will begin December 2025 Setting: Call No Trauma/Not Rated
