Position Overview
We seek a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our pain management team. Preference will be given to candidates with fellowship training in interventional pain medicine and a background in anesthesiology. The physician will provide comprehensive evaluations, perform interventional procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain conditions using interventional techniques (e.g., epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation).

- Manage a diverse patient panel, coordinating care with other specialists as needed.

- Perform conscious sedation and anesthesia monitoring during procedures.

- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

- Contribute to clinical research and teaching opportunities if interested.

Skills

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology or related field.

- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship (or equivalent training).

- Unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

- Base salary starting at $400,000, commensurate with experience, with productivity incentives.
