COMPENSATION:
COMP MODEL: YEAR 1 Salary Guarantee (from RMC), then roll into private practice comp model
- Income Guarantee: $375,000+ (negotiable)
- Signing Bonus: $35,000
  * 50% @ signing 50% @ start (no visa)
  * 100% @ start (if visa)
- CALL PAY:
  * OB & GYN = $5,000 / weekend
  * OB only = $3,500 / weekend
  * GYN only = $1,500 / weekend
