• Patients seen daily: 10-20


• Patient base: non-adolescent / geriatric city and municipalities including police, firefighters and other city employees


• Day to day:




• Obtaining health histories and performing physical assessments for the purpose of assessing the Patient’s health status.


• Assessing Patients who have sustained work related exposures, infectious disease or injuries, or who become acutely ill while on duty.


• Treating Patients as indicated in accordance with treatment protocols, Employer’s administrative policies and procedure, Occupational Health Center’s policies and procedures and infection control policies and procedures.


• Performing case management/monitoring services on all Patients who are referred to consulting physicians/agencies for treatment of work related illnesses/injuries or to determine fitness for duty evaluations.


• Providing services to Employer’s drug and alcohol testing program as its Medical Review Officer
