Pediatrics Physician Opportunity – Northern Illinois

Qualifications
- MD or DO – Required
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics (board certification within 5 years if not already certified)
- Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain
- Bi-annual CPR certification preferred
