Step into a thriving hospital-employed urology group in Central California. This position offers a 3-year guaranteed compensation package up to $779,000, including a $595,000 base salary and up to $184,800 annual call pay ($2,200 per shift). Physicians enjoy a robust support structure with 3 APPs, dedicated procedure rooms, and hospitalist coverage for inpatient needs. 



 



Build your practice with a large referral base and the ability to focus up to 60% on subspecialties such as Uro Oncology, Endourology, or FPMRS. Robotics are fully integrated into the program with access to three da Vinci Xi platforms. This collegial environment fosters both professional growth and work-life balance. 



 



Position, Compensation & Organization 

• 3-year guaranteed compensation up to $779,000 
• Base salary $595,000 + $184,800 call pay ($2,200/shift; ~7 shifts/month) 
• Additional employer retirement contributions 
• Subspecialty focus up to 60% (Uro Onc, Endourology, FPMRS) 
• Schedule: 3 clinic days / 2 OR days 
• Clinic volume: 18-20 patients/day 
• Hospital-employed group: 3 physicians + 3 APPs 
• Robotics: three da Vinci Xi robots available 
• Call 1:4 (single-hospital coverage; ~7 shifts/month; paid) 
• Numerous in-clinic procedures with 3 dedicated procedure rooms 
• Supported by robust hospitalist team
