Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and delivering personalized treatment plans in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and specialists as needed
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Evaluate a patient’s symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them
Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal statutes and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking
Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health.

Full-time Pay: From $215,000-$228,000

Schedule: Five days weekly One to two Saturdays a month 8 hour shift Office hours M-F 7:30 - 4:00 Sat 7:30 - 4:00
Expectations: average of 22 - 25 patients seen daily

Skills

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Valid and unrestricted medical license in Georgia 1
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
Minimum 2 Year Experience Required
Must have a Valid Drivers License, and personal transportation
Must have an exceedingly positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
Must be team oriented and work well with other providers
Must be willing to help oversee the assigned Medical Assistant
Must live with-in 30 miles of the clinic Preferred
Preferred Bilingual - Spanish
Familiarity with eClinical Works EMR - not required/Training offered Job Details
