OBGYN SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY

OVERVIEW
Extremely stable, well managed regional health system with a certified stroke center as well as a robust hospitalist/nocturnist program plus over 15 years of A+ Leapfrog scores is growing the OBGYN department which currently utilizes in house laborists who cover weekends and holidays.
ROLE
Will see patients in a traditional practice setting with mostly outpatient due to OBGYN Laborist program
•  Use of LPN’s APRN’s, Medical Assistants & Physician Assistants
•  Shared call 1:2-/1:3
•  System delivers 200 babies per month
•  Hiring 2 OBGYN specialists for 2025/2026
•  Low physician attrition rate
•  Teaching option
•  EMR Epic
PACKAGE
$20,000 sign bonus
Competitive Base Salary based in MGMA industry figures

Skills

• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Louisiana
• 1+ years experience preferred
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology
