Administrative Leadership responsibilities with patient panel to maintain in a leading value based care organization caring for those in need. Continuing Education for Leadership, Finance and training is provided.

ROLE
•  Mon-Fri schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p
•  Supervise and collaborate with other clinic providers
•  Regular meetings requiring travel locally or regionally.
•  Maintain patient panel under 300 lives
• Equipment at clinic: Labs on site with a phlebotomist
• Providers per clinic: Average 3-5

PACKAGE
Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000 + Bonus
Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary

Skills

• Leadership experience preferred
