• Annual Volume: 22,000 annual visits
• ED Beds: 15
• Inpatient Beds: 8
• Coverage: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage daily
• APP Support
• 24/7 in-house X-ray * CT
• 24/7 radiology reads on all modalities
• 24/7 ultrasound on-call
• EMR Picis
PACKAGE
• Choose between W-2 & 1099 options
• RATE $250-280/hr (W2); $270-$300+ (1099)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
• 2025/2026 Resident Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one

Skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Texas
• Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
