Position Highlights: 

• Deliver at Level II Trauma Center, 690-bed not-for-profit health system, with brand new Level III NICU

• Ideal Work Environment: State-of-the-art Level III NICU with full support services, 10 delivery suites, 2 antepartum, 2 C-section suites, 24/7 OB Hospitalists and CRNA team
• Support from OB Hospitalists, OBGYN Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Maternal-Fetal-Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $400,000 guaranteed base
• Performance Bonus: Metric-based incentives, RVU production bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Relocation allowance, $7,000 CME allowance, 27 days PTO/CME/holidays

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board-certified (or eligible) in OBGYN
• Experience: Open to all applicants including new graduates and experienced providers
• Sponsorship: Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B visas
