-Location: 1 hour south of Madison
-Dates needed: for 2018
-January: 15th-21st, 29th-Feb. 2nd
-February: 12th-18th, 26th-Mar. 9th
-March: 19th-26th
-April: 2nd-9th, 16th-23rd
-May: 1st-7th, 14th-20th, 28th-June 4th
-Call: TBD
-ER Consults: Seen within 24 hours of being admitted to hospital (admitting responsibilities during on call hours)
-Hospital: 103 beds, joint commission accredited, non-profit
-Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 CMA
-Patients: Adult, 10-15 per day
-Scope: COPD, Sleep Apnea, Asthma
-Required: Wisconsin License, BC or BE, ACLS *Call for more details*
