OB/GYN (Clinic-Based) Opportunity – North Central Illinois

• Hospital-employed opportunity seeking a full-time, permanent BC/BE OB/GYN to join a busy, established Women’s Health team


• Salary: $400,000–$490,000 plus production-based bonus potential


• No overnight or weekend call required


• Da Vinci robotic surgical system onsite


• 550 births per year


• Practice mix: 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology


• Level 2 Nursery


• Performs deliveries from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM–Noon Friday


• Performs typical OB/GYN surgeries


• Provides daytime C-section coverage for CNMs


• Supervises APPs and provides support to the Women’s Health team


• Staff includes: 2 OB Hospitalists, 3 Clinic-Based Physicians, and 4 CNMs/Women’s Health APPs


• Hospital: 99-bed independent community hospital with an employed physician model


• Population: 26,000
