Day Hospitalist:
5-7 Admits per day
4-6 Admits per night
17-20 patient census

7on – 7off model

Procedures – not required but if you are proficient, you an request privs to do them. Radiology runs central lines.

Hospitalist run the Rapids and Codes for the Hospital

Compensation:

• Annual Base Compensation - $300,000 Days / $330,000 Nocturnist


• Extra Shift Compensation – for shifts worked over the 14 monthly minimum


• 7 on / 7 off Schedule


• Incentive Compensation Based on WRVU’s


• Quality Bonus Potential - 10% of Salary (based on quality metrics)
