Family Medicine with OB and C-Section – Northwestern North Carolina

• Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join a well-established practice offering a strong community presence and supportive work environment.


• Competitive base salary and total compensation package including production-based (wRVU) incentive opportunity and a guaranteed base salary for 2 years (no production risk)


• 350-400 Babies delivered per year


• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm


• Practice Setting: Primarily based in northwestern North Carolina with optional mentorship opportunities in a partnering location approximately 30 minutes away


• Clinic Options: Women’s Center or Family Medicine and Obstetrics


• Patient Volume: 16–20 patients per 8-hour day


• Call: Depending on contract structure — maximum of 1 in 3 (10 days/month) or 1 in 4 (7–8 days/month)


• Experience: All experience levels considered


• $50,000 commencement bonus (paid within first month) and relocation assistance available
