• 100% outpatient setting.  Adult focused practice


• Salary is up to $275,000 depending on experience, training and hours worked


• Can be IM or FM trained.  BE/BC


• Mainly adult patients but group accepts ages 5 and above


• EPIC EMR


• Average 20-25 patients per day


• Flexible scheduling available.  Clinic is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1 hour for lunch)


• No calls or nights


• Normal benefits package with malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, 401K with immediate vesting, 15 days PTO/sick time, 11 holidays.  Group will approve all CME expenses and encourages online CME.


• Group has one MD and 3 NP’s currently


• Relocation is negotiable 


• Located 35 minutes from San Jose, CA in the suburban area
