Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm. No weekends or call.
• Ideal Work Environment: Work in a well-equipped clinic with 3-5 operatories and modern dental software. No high-pressure quotas.
• Culture & Support: Staff includes RDAs, DAs, and strong assistant support with a collaborative team dynamic.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Base salary of $160,000 - $170,000, plus production incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 + $5,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensure: Active California license
• Skillset:  Comfortable performing preventative and basic restorative procedures.
• Experience:  Open to experienced and newer graduates interested in community health and team-based care.
