Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Travel PT Home Health job in Farmington, NM offers a 13-week assignment with Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
You will provide physical therapy services to the geriatric population in a home health setting, covering a 45-mile radius around Farmington, NM. An active New Mexico PT license is required, with home health and geriatric experience preferred. The company provides a car and reimburses mileage at $0.70 per mile, and there is no on-call requirement.
