Work Dates Needed: 12/08 -1/30/2026
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required
EMR: All_Scripts
Comments: DOT is required before submission.
