- Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine candidates
- High patient volume with 16 - 20 patient census
- RN navigator support with 1 RN for every 2 provider locations
- APP clinical access support for administrative tasks
- Prescription eFill Service with dedicated pharmacist support
- RN telephone triage support for after-hours patient access
- Internal medicine physicians also considered

From $275000.00 to $275000.00 annual
