Description
--Opening at Urgent Care center for Physician Assistants
--Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
--Must be able to perform basic procedures (suturing, X-ray interpretations) on own
--Positions are employed with full benefits
--Providers work 76 hours bi-weekly
--Full time is 15 shifts month (11 weekday, 4 weekend)
--Shifts are 8am-8pm M-F and 9am-5pm on Weekends/Holidays
--Offices have on-site labs and x-ray with a rad tech
--Well integrated EMR system (DocuTAP)
--Base salary is $145-165k depending on experience
--Providers also receive quarterly bonuses based on productivity and patient satisfaction ($500-2000/month) plus annual retention bonus $5-10K
--Providers see 30-40 patients/day and if over 40 another provider will be there for assistance
--Shifts are typically grouped together 2-3 days in a row
--Providers will have option to teach NP/PA and EMT students
