Description
Seeking a BC/BE Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon
--This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the Foot and Ankle Division, engage in resident and fellow education, and contribute to high-impact clinical research at one of the country’s top orthopedic programs.
--Build and lead a comprehensive Foot and Ankle Division within a nationally recognized orthopedic institute.
--Academic involvement: Work directly with orthopedic surgery residents and engage in didactic and clinical teaching.
--Research support: Access to dedicated research infrastructure with opportunities for grant writing, clinical studies, and publications.
--Competitive salary and productivity incentives, along with a full benefits package.
--Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across sports, trauma, total joint, spine, and pediatrics.
--Four days of required call per month, with opportunity for additional call.
--This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives.
--Required: Completion of Foot & Ankle Fellowship, MD license, DEA
