Seeking a family medicine/internal medicine physician
Requirements:
Documentation of completion of education as an MD/DO
Completion of an accredited residency training program in family medicine or internal medicine
Current board certification or active participation in the examination process leading to board certification in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
