As a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will focus on delivering quality patient care, tailoring rehabilitation programs to meet individual needs and working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. This position involves assessing and treating patients, developing therapy plans, and documenting patient progress.
The typical day includes evaluating patient conditions, implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families about at-home exercises and health practices.
