Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with the full spectrum of sleep disorders (OSA, insomnia, narcolepsy, parasomnias, RLS, circadian rhythm disorders, etc.)
Interpret diagnostic sleep studies (PSG, MSLT, HSAT)
Provide follow-up visits via telemedicine or in-clinic sessions
Collaborate closely with PAP/DME support teams for optimal therapy compliance
Coordinate care with weight-loss, primary care, pulmonary, and behavioral health partners
Document encounters in the EHR and maintain high-quality clinical standards
Oversight of APPs (NP/PA)

MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship
Board eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine (ABMS)
Active New York State medical license, or ability to obtain
Strong interest in outpatient sleep medicine, telehealth, and chronic disease management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

Experience in neurology, pulmonary/critical care, psychiatry, internal medicine, or family medicine is welcomed
