Description
Physician will provide high quality patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
Diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes;
Demonstrating leadership abilities, with an ability to communicate with persons from all educational and cultural backgrounds;
Maintaining confidentiality, treating patients respectfully and not discriminating against patients on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or sexual orientation.
Job Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid IN license and DEA without any restrictions
