Description
Pediatrician – Central Washington
- Outpatient pediatric practice seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in central Washington
- Base salary $258,800–$279,785 annually, with first-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median; RVU-based production in year two
- Signing bonus and up to $125,000 internal loan repayment, with eligibility for federal loan forgiveness programs
- Schedule: 0 FTE, full-time; exempt position; outpatient only—fully staffed Pediatric Hospitalist team covers inpatient needs; flexible schedule supporting work-life balance
