Shift Descriptions:
-- Scheduled clinical hours
-- Potential for back up call coverage

Requirements:
-- Board certified or board eligible
-- Fellowship preferred
-- Must be licensed in Missouri
-- ACLS, BNDD, DEA
-- Procedures/skills: 
    -- Adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma anesthesia
    -- Spinal, Epidural (lumbar and cervical)
    -- Pain management techniques
    -- Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
    -- Transforaminal (lumbar and cervical)
    -- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
    -- Ventilation management
    -- Central and arterial line placement
    -- PA catheter placement

Assignment Details:
-- Types of surgeries expected at facility includes Complete Ortho, Head and Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional, Obstetrical, and Thoracic
-- Paper charting
-- Temporary privileges available
-- CRNAs do not perform peripheral blocks and rarely do epidurals
-- CRNAs never work alone and serve as backup call to the doctor
-- Doctor is first call for OR cases and OB; CRNA only called as backup
