·     Schedule: 7am-6pm
·     Scope: Ages 2+. Onsite clinic for employees/families.
·     Census: Avg 2-3 patients per hour
·     Experience: 2-3 years of APP experience.
·     Cases: Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locum role:
IL state license; active, unrestricted. DEA, BLS.
Board Certified, BLS and/or ACLS required
CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work w/all work and training.
