Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading cardiothoracic surgery team in Dothan, Alabama. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons in a high-volume cardiac and thoracic surgical practice, delivering advanced care to patients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of cardiothoracic surgery, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
First-assist in the operating room for cardiac and thoracic procedures
Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage treatment plans
Provide inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic support
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with ability to obtain Alabama licensure
Previous cardiothoracic surgery experience required
Strong surgical first-assist skills and familiarity with post-operative management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
