Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all acute care pharmacy departments -
Develop and implement policies, programs, and protocols across the system -
Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, USP 797/800, state/federal regulations) -
Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor department metrics -
Oversee fiscal management including staffing, budget, and resource allocation -
Mentor and develop pharmacy managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence -

PharmD from an accredited college or university -
PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience -
3+ years of health-system pharmacy leadership experience (administrative experience in a complex health system preferred) -
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Illinois and Wisconsin -
Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialists preferred -
Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance -
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
