49186- Physician Non-Invasive Cariology Locum Role(s):
Availability: Full-time. M-F, 8a-5p.
INPATIENT (Call): Call: 1-2 weekdays and some weekends, 3-4 consults, 5 admits
Cases: [non-invasive, generally do not get called in overnight.]
OUTPATIENT (Clinic): 40-min NP/20-min established.
Duties: Complete testing NPs cannot do. Support: to assist patient flow, etc.
Census: 15-20 patients
Full Coverage Need: 1–2-week blocks

Requirements of the Physician Non-Invasive Cariology Locum role:
IL state license; active, unrestricted. DEA.
Full Privileges to granted.
EMR: EPIC
Board Certified/Board Eligible (2-5 years, post-residency) - Cardiology
CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work w/all work and training.
