49412 - Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum Role:
·     Census: Serves age 55 and older.
·     Practice: All-inclusive care for the Elderly (PACE) model – Care for seniors with chronic care needs.
·     Scope: Certified patience – verified by the State to need nursing home care.
·     Administration: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Medical Director provides general medical direction and supervision of the medical aspects of participant care.
·     Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri.

Requirements of the Physician Medical Director-Geriatric Locum role:
MA state license; active, unrestricted.
BLS, DEA
Board Certification – Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Preference for: BC in Geriatrics
Experience in geriatrics – preferred; previous supervisory (1-yr minimum) - required
Malpractice History: Clean is preferred
CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work w/all work and training.
