The Skilled Nursing Facility offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where you will be part of a team focusing on providing excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing physical therapy treatments for residents, monitoring patient progress, and assisting with rehabilitation plans as necessary. Working 8-hour days, you will provide specialized care aimed at improving the quality of life for every patient, ensuring optimal outcomes through a personalized approach.
