Obstetrics and Gynecologist needed in New York, Minutes from Albany | Robot Mentoring | OR Time | Employed | 1:7 Call | OBGYN

Position:
–  Hospital serving community of 80,000 is looking to add another OBGYN to the team
–  Da Vinci Xi available if desired, other MD on staff is an Intuitive Trainer and will mentor if needed
–  Hospital averages over 400 deliveries a year, c-section rate under 18%, Level 1 Nursery, no NICU
–  Join 2 other MDs, 2 mid-wives, have two other MDs who take call only for support, and have over 30 primary care providers referring to you
–  Hospital has home across street and sleep rooms in hospital for call if needed
–  Ability for 1-2.5 OR days, clinic is 2-2.5 days a week all based on desire, 1:7 weekday and weekend call
–  Medical office building attached to hospital, 12 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and easy access to OR
–  6 weeks PTO, $4k CE, paid malpractice, benefits, and 403b with match provided
–  Ability to earn $400-$500,000 a year with base salary, wRVU bonus, and patient satisfaction bonus

–  Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, 20,000-person town, 80,000-person county, 30-minute drive to the Capitol in Albany with an International Airport
–  Train in town goes to NYC, Boston, Philly, Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, VT, Montreal, Canada, and more – low cost and easy commute
–  3-hour drive to NYC, Montreal, Boston, and Rochester
–  Area is known for their bridges, downtown, skiing, rafting, hiking, historical landmarks, and horse racing at Saratoga Springs
–  Mountains, multiple rivers, and multiple lakes all around
