VISTA Staffing is seeking an innovative, reliable, and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility in Eastern Oregon.
 Details For this Opportunity:- Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care ClinicÂ
- Four 10-hour days per weekÂ
- Average 12-16 patients per day
- 1:1 Clinical Support StaffÂ
- Team shared phone call for established patients onlyÂ
- Fulltime, permanentÂ
- EPIC EMR
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (385k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annuallyÂ
- Commencement bonus of $30,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistanceÂ
