Position: Clinical Psychologist – Contract Opportunity (Remote or In-Office)
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This role offers flexibility to operate remotely via telehealth or in an in-office private practice setting, providing an excellent opportunity for clinicians aiming to establish or expand their private practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mental health services to individuals, families, and groups with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and initial evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to meet clients’ evolving needs.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Provide crisis intervention services promptly when required, ensuring client safety.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation compliant with organizational policies and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Support ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical guidelines within the scope of practice.
- Perform additional clinical duties as assigned, consistent with licensure and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a licensed Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent) in the applicable state.
- Proven experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Experience with telehealth technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and crisis management protocols.
