The Role:
•  Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient panel
•  Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families
•  Practice in a fully integrated medical home with embedded psychotherapy, recovery treatment, gynecology and women’s health, plus minor office procedures
•  Work alongside a Primary Care RN and Primary Care Pharmacist for collaborative visits
•  Enjoy a stable practice environment with informed leadership and a supportive patient population
•  Full-time schedule (40 hours), Monday through Friday, with a four-day option or part time schedule available
