48605 – Physician (MD/DO) Family/Primary Care Locum Role:
·     Schedule: Mon-Wed 9a-6p and Thurs, Friday 8a-5p, Saturday 8a-12p
·     Census: ages 2+
·     Experience: Occupational Medicine - preferred

Requirements of the Physician (MD/DO) Family/Primary Care Locum role:
MUST – be able to practice autonomously (no CP)
– for NPs in VA: 5 yrs and 9K hours to practice solo with a licensed note.
- no PAs as need is SP/CP.
VA state license; active, unrestricted.
No – Dispensing license is needed for NPs in VA.
Dispensing license – is a plus.
Board Certification
BLS
