Location: Topeka, Kansas Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
Oversee neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and ongoing intensive care
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and respiratory therapists
Participate in family counseling, quality improvement, and educational activities Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Eligible for Kansas medical licensure
Proficient in neonatal procedures including intubation, central line placement, and surfactant administration
Strong communication skills and commitment to family-centered care Compensation & Benefits:
