Facility is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Senior Health Clinic team
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
- This position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our senior population
- Provide comprehensive care to geriatric patients, both in-clinic and in affiliated nursing homes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life for aging adults
