Description
Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a successful outpatient practice
Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside experienced providers, MAs, nurses, and a supportive clinical staff.
Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day schedule focused only on outpatient care with rotating Saturday shifts. No inpatient call duties and ample time off.
See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions in clinic.
1:7 call rotation shared amongst the group.
Teaching opportunities are available
This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Requirements: 2-3 years of experience is preferred, active WA license or ability to obtain one
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed first year salary: $254,976
