Hospital is seeking Locum Pediatric Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage starting May 11, 2025
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts per week, 50/50 days and nights, every 3rd weekend
- No call
- Support staff: RN, APP, attendings
- Department description: Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Coverage needed per month: 12 shifts per month between 2 providers
- Patients per day: 5-12
- Patient population/age: peds
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital bed size: 477
- Special procedures: Working in the CICU, with the ability to take care of highly acute cardiac patients.
- Skills required: Critical care experience, postoperative cardiac management, exp with congenital heart defects, must have pediatric CICU experience
- Required: MA license, ANCC or AANP board certification, DEA, CSR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, minimum 2 years experience, covid vaccine
