Description
Seeking an academically inclined BC Internal Medicine Physician
Many opporunities for advancement including pathways to Associate Program Director or Director of Research Program
Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities of precepting and teaching residents in both the hospital and a continuity clinic.
Daily inpatient census of 16
Resident to Faculty ratio: 4-1 (outpatient)
Pursuit of personal academic interests
Monday-Friday day shift hours
Mentorship opportunities of residents available
Back up call to Residents from home only
Admin expectations for CORE faculty research, interviews, board prep, lectures, mentorship
Requirements: Must have a strong interest in clinical education, Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients, Team-oriented with the ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes
